TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Customers agree to read our policy of sale as well as delivery, returns and order confirmation prior to completing any purchases on Casa Botelho Website.
When placing an order, we will require your full name, home address, phone number, email address and payment details. Without this information, we will not be able to place or order or notify you of acceptance of your order.
An email confirmation is only a confirmation that we have received your order and/or payment. It is not an acceptance of your order and Casa Botelho retains the right to contact you direct and issue a full refund in the event of complications with your order, including but not limited to, delivery charges, stock availability, finishes availability and incorrect pricing.
It is important you give us your preferred contact number so we or our couriers can reach you if necessary. If you prefer us not to pass your phone number to our courier service, please advise us via email or phone.
If Casa Botelho have an issue with your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Once Casa Botelho dispatch your order, the completion of the contract between Casa Botelho and yourself takes place. We cannot fulfil any obligations due to the following reasons:
* Customer who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions.
* Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
* The identification of a pricing or product description error.
* The product you order being unavailable from stock if applicable.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.
We will do everything in our power to take reasonable care to keep all details of your order and payment secure but, in any case of absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Website.
Products that fall into the following categories will not be refunded unless they are proven to be faulty:
– Any goods made to a customer’s own specifications, made to measure or personalised items.
– Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order dispatch, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure set out in Refund & Returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All Prices published in the product page are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Casa Botelho will take care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered the system. We aim to maintain the Website with up to date information, including product descriptions, appearing on this Website at a time may not always reflect the situations at the exact moment you place an order.
The images show on Casa Botelho Website or in catalogues are for illustration purposes only. Many of our images are shown with props that may not be part of Casa Botelho range and or will not be included in the sale of a product unless otherwise specified.

SALE ITEM DISCLAIMER
Sale prices are valid from the time it displays online and cannot be retrospective applied to an order. If an item was purchased at full price, it will need to be returned in the appropriate way and then reordered. Most of items are made to order or we have limited of sale items, a product may sell out during the times you have placed your order and when we try to fulfil it. If this happens we will either refund your money or contact, you with alternative items or delivery date.
Usually, delivery can be expected within 4 to 6 weeks from the order confirmation / payment confirmation, however, large order may take longer. If the order is delayed, we will liaise with you to advise the expected delivery date and ensure you are comfortable with it before processing your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure the items can be received at the destination and time agreed by the courier company. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. You are responsible to ensure the items can fit through your doors.
We only deliver to your main entrance door through a ground floor or basement entrance and up to a second-floor level. We cannot deliver above this level unless there is suitable lift access. If you require a special delivery, any extra charges are to be paid by the customer.
It is your responsibility to move items to the room of your choice.
Some products are available for EU and international orders, please contact us prior to placing an order and for a delivery quote.
Casa Botelho reserves the right to cancel any contract with you if delivery fails three times through your fault. Casa Botelho reserves the right to charge you for additional costs that it may incur due to failed deliveries. If your goods remain at our warehouse for more than four weeks, during which time you fail to accept delivery/redelivery (despite Casa Botelho having contacted you to do so), you may incur a storage charge.
Please unpack the items carefully and ensure you inspect your items when delivered. Casa Botelho asks that you immediately inform the deliverer/carrier and Casa Botelho about any damages to your order during transit. Doing so has no influence on your rights but will help Casa Botelho to make its own claims against the supplier of goods to Casa Botelho or our delivery agent. Please notify us in writing by emailing email@example.com on the delivery date.
When returning a faulty item, please use the original packaging. Please ensure all items are packaged securely to withstand delivery. Before disposing of any package ensure you are happy with the item delivered.
Please use registered delivery, insurance and keep records of the receipt.
SHORT DELIVERY, DEFECTIVE GOODS OR DAMAGED GOODS
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods, must be notified on delivery date to our Customer Services department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (+44 (0) 7956170735). We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
Casa Botelho is not liable for any customs charges made in the recipient’s countries. The customer is fully responsible for all charges.
We accept all standard credit cards. Please connect with us if you wish to do a bank transfer.
All Prices published are the current rates at the time of entering the information onto the system.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products ordered by you plus delivery charges and VAT. We are not liable for any delay if the issuer of your payment refuse or does not want any reason, authorise the payment to us.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party because of our withdrawing any product from Casa Botelho Website whether that product has been sold.
Under English law and in order to form a contract with Casa Botelho Website you must ensure the following:
* Be over 18 years of age.
* Stipulate a valid delivery address. PO box numbers and hotels are not acceptable.
* Possess a valid payment method accepted by us.
* Provide your real name, phone number, address and email address when registering on Casa Botelho Website.
* Provide accurate payment details and other requested information.
Casa Botelho does not accept payment over the phone for any others unless agreed by both parties.
Casa Botelho from time to time will offer promotions on this Website. Unless otherwise stated promotion codes cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. We may offer free delivery promotions but never anywhere outside the UK. You may participate to offers only once. During promotions, there may be products on the Website that are not included on the promotion. This could be new collection or specific products by designers. Promotional coded are not valid for delivery items. Promotional code can only be redeemed against items in stock and cannot be retained for usage beyond their date of expiry. We may require a minimum spend in this site for you to be eligible for the promotion. If a minimum spend is required, this refers to the order subtotal exclusive of VAT and shipping.
We are not able or willing to apply promotional codes retrospectively to an order once the sale has been made.
Casa Botelho reserve the right to cancel any discounts, promotional offers or codes after seven working days of publication.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND WARRANTIES
Most products at this website are made to order. Made to order products delivery will vary depending of the vendors we work with. We will try our best to give you accurate estimate date of our deliveries. Some made to order products can take up to 12 weeks to be delivered. If you require urgent delivery we recommend you to email us your request prior to placing an order.
All Casa Botelho products are supplied with a 12-month warranty for any defect that may occur with the product at this time. Any refund against a defect product will be given at our own discretion and dependent of the nature of the product. All product warranties are subject to correct use of the product and will be invalidated by misuse.
CUSTOM MADE RETURN POLICY
At Casa Botelho, we take pride in the finish quality and construction of our furniture. All our furniture is inspected before it leaves the factory. Because each order is custom and made to-order, our collection is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable except for manufacturer defects or damages.
Customers will have 48 hours from placement of orders to cancel. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this order, please email email@example.com. We ask that prior to ordering you measure doorways and access points to prevent delivery problems.
Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted in case of a refund from a defected item.
Where goods have been delivered to you, you must return these goods to us; when you notify us of your request and if accepted by us via email we will inform you how to return the goods. Casa Botelho will send you a return slip to the email address that has been provided. The return slip will guide you through the return process.
