If the order is delayed or not in stock, we will lease with you to advise the delivery frame and ensure you are comfortable with it.

Delivery
At Casa Botelho, we take pride in the finish quality and construction of our furniture. All our furniture and furnishings are inspected before it leaves the factory. We want you to be thrilled with every item you receive, but we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase of this item, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees).
Upon receipt of your order, please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing packaging and assembling. Unfortunately, we may be unable to offer a refund if there is no packaging or if the item is assembled or partially assembled. If you believe parts may be missing from your order, please contact our customer care team before attempting to assemble or returning.
Customers will have 48 hours from placement of orders to cancel. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this order, please email [email protected] We ask that prior to ordering you measure doorways and access points to prevent delivery problems.
Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted in case of a refund from a defected item.
Where goods have been delivered to you, you must return these goods to us; when you notify us of your request and if accepted by us via email we will inform you how to return the goods. Casa Botelho will send you a return slip to the email address that has been provided. The return slip will guide you through the return process.
Detail & Care
Our wooden products are hand-made. Due to its hand-finished nature, it is expected to see variations in the wood work. Wipe the items with a dry cloth and do not use any harsh chemicals. Use coasters to avoid stains on the natural wood.
