Brasilia is the federal capital of Brazil and is the country’s hub for business, tourism and culture. Palácio da Alvorada is the official residence of the President of Brazil and was designed by Oscar Niemeyer in 1958. The concept of the design was to project an image of simplicity and modernity using fine lines and waves. These elements have inspired the Brasilia fabric by Casa Botelho and Margo Selby, complemented by a monochrome colour palette. Brasilia is also available in two fabrics, a durable, polyester upholstery fabric, as well as a cotton/polyester decorative fabric. We particularly love the diamond detailing of Brasilia and its moody palette will introduce elegance and sophistication into your interior.
