ORDERS AND ENQUIRIES

Orders can be processed via email, telephone, or in person by appointment only at the Decorum Est Showroom, 568 Kings Road, Chelsea, SW6 2DY.
We accept bank transfers, PayPal and Credit Cards. Please note we charge 3% to 4% fee for UK or cross borders payments with PayPal and credit cards.
All our products are bespoke therefore we require a full payment at the time of the placement of the order.
Our lead time is generally 7 to 8 weeks depending on the size of the order. If you require a quicker turnaround please let us know and we will look into it.
We can provide samples of the materials required to create your bespoke piece.
For custom items we will provide product drawing and rendering for your approval.
Site visit and interiors advise can be arranged at a cost.
Digital mailers, materials list and cut out images are available upon request.
All prices displayed on our website are vat inclusive and exclusive of delivery charges.
Casa Botelho will pack and ship internationally.
